Company History & Background
La Quinta Capital was originally created to originate and aggregate small balance commercial real estate loans under a Lehman Brothers CMBS correspondent program. In the aftermath of 2008, La Quinta Capital adapted to the changing environment by providing CRE loan brokerage services.
