Bob is a finance expert who has experience with corporate debt, municipal debt, structured finance and commercial real estate finance. Over the course of his career, Bob has worked at several regional investment banking firms where he has underwritten and/or placed several hundred million in securitized debt transactions. Bob has also placed more than $100,000,000 in small balance commercial real estate loans while with La Quinta Capital.  Bob is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island. 

Greg has been active in commercial real estate since 1985 with extensive experience in real estate investment sales, leasing, and financing. In addition to working on conventional real estate transactions, Greg has substantial experience with distressed real estate and cannabis real estate. 

Greg brings a wealth of knowledge as well as investor contacts who are interested in investing cannabis real estate via sale leasebacks.  Greg graduated with a BA in finance and economics from the University of Oregon - Charles H. Lundquist College of Business.
